What type of payment do you take?  BRS accepts cash, checks, Debit Cards, all credit cards except American Express.

What do I wear?  Wear whatever you like, you will be given a robe to change into.

What time should I arrive?  Services are scheduled to begin at the time you are scheduled.  Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to use the bathroom and change into your treatment robe.  You should be on the bed ready for service to start at the time of your appointment.  If your appointment is at 2pm you should be on the bed, ready for service to begin at 2pm.  If you are walking in the door at 2pm you will lose valuable time for your service.

Should I wash my face before coming in?  No, you do not need to.  Your face will receive a thorough cleansing.  Your facial will not be affected if you show up after work with full make-up.  I will take care of everything.

What if I’m running late?  Typically 10-15 minutes or under is fine, just know that your treatment will end at the same time, regardless of what time you arrive.  This is necessary so I do not inconvenience the next client.  More than 10-15 minutes late will usually require that your appointment be rescheduled, as this simply doesn’t allow enough time for your service without going over into the next person’s appointment time.  Keep in mind that if you are walking in the door 15 minutes late by the time you are on the bed ready for treatment to start we are at least 20-25 minutes into your appointment time.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?  I ask for at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this way I can fill that vacated spot with someone else.  If last minute, or no notice, is given you will be asked to pay for 1/2 the amount of your  missed appointment, as this time was set aside specifically for you.  Of course I understand things come up, so last minute cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis. Repeat offenders will be asked to pay in advance or in some cases will not be rescheduled at all.  If you have a special offer, gift certificate, a deal, or coupon and do not give at least 24 hour notice the coupon will be redeemable for products only, not services.

What if I’m sick?  Please do not come in for your service if you are sick.  This everyone at risk.  A last minute cancellation if you wake up sick is understood and appreciated.  You will not be charged for your missed appointment if this happens.  If  you arrive sick you will, most likely, be asked to reschedule your appoint for a time when you are not sick.

Do I tip or not? This is always an awkward question to answer.  If you feel your service was worthy of a gratuity, it is certainly appreciated.  I try my best to work hard for you at prices that make sense.  Think of it like you would tipping your hair stylist or a waitress. Tipping is always your choice, of course.  Hope this helps you.

Cell Phones:    I kindly ask you silence your cell phones, unless you are waiting for an emergency phone call.  This is for a better experience for you as well as those around you.
